The Community Health Funders' Collaborative is pleased to announce the Healthy Community Award.  It is an Award to recognize and support the best ideas and innovations to help make Franklin County, Ohio a healthier community.  The Healthy Community Award will advance health and wellness and reduce barriers to accessing healthy foods and opportunities for physical activity.  So if you win, we all win.
